Spa Party!

I don’t know any girl who doesn’t love a spa regardless of age.  The idea of a spa party for kids is brilliant!!  Amy Atlas featured this perfectly designed and detailed spa party created by Emma Smith from Emma Smith Stationery for her daughter’s 9th birthday.

Emma’s daughter told her she wanted a “Tropical Day Spa” for her birthday. Which you will see is threaded through from the spa to the dessert table by incorporating coral and sea green as well as a hibiscus detail.  The guests who were lucky enough to be invited to this party were treated to manicures, pedicures and a spa lunch. After that, they were invited to enjoy some sweet treats at a beautifully designed dessert table with treats provided by  Boutique Affairs {all vendor credits below}.

After several trips to the fabric and craft stores, Emma was ready to make (yes, she made them by hand) each guest their day spa robes, masks and slippers.   Scroll down to see the vendor credits.

The invitation was designed as an “appointment card” .

Emma made the robes, masks and slippers {by hand!!} and guests were able to keep them.

And now onto the stunning dessert table…

And as if the experience, robes, masks and slippers weren’t enough, each guest left with a  bag filled with but with personalised tissues, shower gel, bottled water, lip gloss, and nail files.
