Kids parties with a theme are so much fun to style and plan.  Like any memorable event, creating a theme that threads through from invitation to favor and everything in between coupled with tying in an activity to keep guests, engaged and laughing is truly the secret recipe for a memorable experience.

This party styled by Leanne from Sweet Style in Australia was featured by Amy Atlas in her featured submissions and I had to share it with you immediately!!  It is swoon worthy for sure.

Leanne created an arts and crafts birthday party for a little girl who loves art.  She did an incredible job threading the theme through from start to finish in a modern yet detailed way.  By using Pantone chips as her inspiration and and graphic and boards wrapped in art canvases as trays on the dessert display, this theme came through beautifully.  What I like about the design is that she picked a graphic + color palette and kept it consistent resulting in a clean and impactful presentation.  Not overdone or too busy.  In addition to the fabulous desserts, the guests of this birthday party created their own canvas paintings which they were able to take home with them {so much fun!}.

I just love everything about this party.  Don’t you?
