Hostess with the Mostess – part one

‘Tis the season to be jolly and holiday entertaining is definitely a big part of that.  When welcoming friends and loved into my home during this beautiful time of year,  I always try to create an experience that is festive, well thought out and of course stylish – and since it’s the holidays, a little bit of extra sparkle is always welcome!!  Growing up with a European mother who has put on stunning holiday dinners {and still does} my whole life, I’ve learned from the best.  Today I put a set together of what I think this season’s must-have’s are for  holiday entertaining.

I  have a lot of silver and grey tones in my flat but the richness, warmth and glamour of gold is so festive,  I’ve decided that for my holiday entertaining, I’m going to go for the gold myself.

Below are a few images that influenced my picks which I found on Pintrest, {you can follow me on pintrest by clicking here}

100 layer cake’s stunning bubble bar and libations below…

So here are my picks, I hope you like them:

POISE 2012 Entertaining must have's

1. Tray  / 2. Party crackers {a staple and tradition from my childhood}  / 3. Customizable glitter ink invites via Etsy  / 4. A champagne candle to create a wonderful scent in your home / 5. Cocktail Napkin / 6. Coasters / 7.  Tumblers / 8. Champagne flutes / 9.  Gold flatware / 10. Glitter teaspoons

Even by incorporating one of these fun elements to your table, or bar would add that extra festive detail to your soiree.

Have a fabulous day!
