A few of my favorite things | march

If you have been following the weather in Boston, you can understand how happy I might be to see March arrive, since it happens to host the first day of Spring!! This month’s favorites are inspired by leaving winter behind, shedding some layers and the lightness that comes with the warmer months.

POISE. | A few of my favorite things

1| How fabulous is this for a wedding getaway car?  The flowers along the bumper are adorable, and the car itself – perfect.
2| This serving bowl would compliment many tables capes – just as it did this one.  I have been eyeing this bowl for a while and hope to add it to my pantry this year for many dinners to come.
3| Caftans are the ultimate hostess gown.  This one by Oscar de la Renta is beautiful.  I love that it’s navy blue.
4| This macramé fringe messenger bag by Tory Burch is adorable for spring.  I like the practicality of it for its size and messenger style.  Would be great for traveling.  And fringe is everywhere this season – I like the way she interpreted it for this bag.
5 | Deborah Lippmann launched a limited edition set of colors this spring.  I tried this one on {Like Dreamers Do}, and it’s a beautiful neutral with a hint of lavender/grey and taupe.
6 | This embroidered invitation for Fashion Week is fabulous.  An invitation is always the first impression to an event and sets the tone and impression for what attendees can expect.  I would imagine media and buyers who are inundated with fashion week invitations were impressed by this one.

Wishing you a March & Spring full of new opportunity and beginnings!

  1. SO grateful for March! And absolutely love the idea of decking out our wedding-getaway car with florals… pinning that one!
