a few of my favorite things

Well hello!

With a new month upon us I wanted to share a few of my favorite things of the moment with you.  My post from May’s favorite things was well received so I figured it would be a perfect way to kick off the month of June.  This month’s favorites happen to fall within my brand color palette as well, hence some POISE office inspiration.

1. This nickel plated arc desk lamp from Clayton Gray Home would be the perfect addition to my desk.  Simple, modern, a hint of glamour with the nickel + acrylic combo and functional {love it}.

2.  I was actually at a dinner on Christmas Eve with my family when the restaurant we were at presented a course on this plate, I loved it so much I asked them for the information on it.  It is by Bernardaud and it is called “Ecume”.   The matte and textured porcelain makes it a formal yet modern piece for your table.

3. I think the secret is out by now that I am pretty much obsessed with vintage glasses.  These Dorothy Thorpe glasses would be a classic on any bar, and at any party!  Williams -Sonoma has a very similar glass as well that is a bit more budget friendly.

4.  This image via {this is glamorous} reminds me a bit of my current workspace, minus the purple lucite chairs.  The purple chairs would be a great addition for an office space one day.

5.  These metal ring sandals via canfora.com are handmade in Capri and are fabulous.  They come in gold as well.  The silver are said to be one of Jackie Kennedy’s favorite styles.  They are such a classic that would not only take you through many summers, they would compliment an array of looks in your summer wardrobe.

Wishing you a day filled with some of your favorite things,

~Emmanuelle
